The Supreme Committee for Physical Therapy Practice Examinations

The Board of Directors forms specialized committees for examinations for practicing the profession of physical therapy to propose standards, procedures and rules for the examinations held by the Council after coordination with the authorities concerned with granting licenses.

Each specialized committee also seeks the assistance of a scientific secretariat to develop the scientific content of the exam, as well as creating a bank of questions and experimental exams.

Scientific committees of the Egyptian Board

The Board of Directors forms a scientific council for each health specialty in the Egyptian Board, which performs the role assigned to it within the scope of the general policy set by the Board of Trustees. Each Scientific Council submits periodic reports on its proposals to the Board of Directors for approval, and through it the Scientific Council works on the following:
(A) Updating the reference framework for existing educational and training curricula, each within the scope of their specialization, and supervising their implementation, and committing to making these curricula integrated and competency-based activities professional entrust able and curricula Based competency in order to ensure the competence of graduates.
(b) Proposing examination systems and procedures, and the names of examiners, while taking the necessary measures to approve foreign examiners.
(c) Reviewing the results of the Egyptian Board tests after calibrating them with standard settings and submitting them to the Board of Directors for final approval and announcement.
(d) Proposing the evaluation system, recognition of professional certificates and training programs, and their equivalency for each specialty separately from the bodies that grant certificates and training inside and outside the country, and the periods that must be completed and the tests that must be passed to obtain the Egyptian Board, and all of this is approved by the Board of Directors.

Continuing Professional Development Committee

These are the committees concerned with the continuous evaluation of health workers in the field of physical therapy.

Guidelines committees

Which is concerned with proposing guidelines for medical interventions in cooperation with medical associations and relevant authorities and presenting them to the Board of Directors for approval.

Specialized committees for national medical records for various diseases and epidemics

It works on preparing health statistics and maps on diseases, as well as creating records for various medical and surgical interventions in coordination with the relevant medical societies.

Human Resources Committee

The Board of Directors shall establish a national registry for workers in the public and private health sectors. It shall be responsible for creating records for workers in the public and private health sectors, laying the foundations for distributing the health team to develop their various skills, and providing better service to patients in agreement with the Ministry of Health and Population, the Supreme Council of University Hospitals, the Department of Medical Services in the Armed Forces, and the services sector. Medical Center at the Ministry of Interior, taking into account the national security dimension of some entities of a special nature regarding which a decision is issued by the Board of Trustees.
